These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dreamless ("we," "us," or "our") and any purchases you make. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use Dreamless and to make a purchase.

Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Products and pricing

Our prints are made to order. We aim to describe products, materials, and pricing accurately, but colors may vary slightly between screens and printed pieces, and we may correct errors, change prices, or limit or discontinue products at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is mispriced or unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

Images that show a print in a room or on a wall are approximations, created to illustrate scale and framing. Furnishings, lighting, and surroundings are not included, and the print you receive may differ in apparent size and color from those scenes.

Every piece we sell is the authentic work of a real artist. We do not sell AI-generated images, as described in our AI Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Orders, payment, and shipping

Prices are shown at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, and your order is produced and shipped through our fulfillment and shipping partners. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

Cancellations and refunds

Because every piece is made to order, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on Dreamless, including the photographs and artwork, is owned by Dreamless or the artists who created it and is protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a print grants you the print itself for personal use only — it does not transfer copyright or any right to reproduce, resell, or use the image commercially. For commercial or other licensing, see our Licensing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, infringing others' rights, scraping or copying content without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The store and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Dreamless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. You agree to indemnify Dreamless against claims arising from your misuse of the store or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes and contact
